Not Shy

As cute as he is, he is a destroyer in my yard. He dug up all my new tulip bulbs and ate them when I came out to water the plants. He ran to the fence and stop to pose for the camera.

Then he held this pose for a long time. Though I was mad, I still snapped a few photos when I saw this expression. I put hot pepper flakes all over the garden, but it was useless to squirrels.

They are cute, but the destruction is hard, our red squirrels are more friendly and shy.

They have eaten bulbs in our yard too. Cute little bugger! Have a happy week!

aren't they cute? i remember one year when i grew gigantic sunflowers, they would climb precariously at the stalk and get the sunflower seed. i've caught them and they seem unapologetic :)

hot pepper doesn't work either? I saw ours run up the tree with tulip blossom in his mouth like big red wax lips.

great clear picture you made.

haha, I feel you, same, I get mad at them sometimes too for destroying my plants, but then, how they look at us, sometimes looking guilty or apologetic, makes our heart melt easily and we forgive them and take pictures :) beautiful shots, Icy
