Robin 2012
Robin is the first bird to see in the spring, and they are seen more often than the blue jay or cardinal. Thus, I don't pay them much attention unless they presented themselves like this guy perching on a branch.
Pretty Robin's Front Side
I like robins as they are not as greedy as the sparrows when it comes to feeding. They preferred worm over bird seeds, and they usually ate berries from different trees and bushes.
Pretty Robin's Back Side
I am very lucky this year to see so many different birds in my yard. Bird feeders helped bringing them around if you're willing to deal with the mess.

indeed you are very lucky, i saw lots of them, but never got the chance to take a nice photo such as yours, they fly so quick as soon as they see me.
Icy, he is such a beauty with gorgeous details. A fantastic capture.

Such pretty shots.
Robins sometimes spend the winter in Tucson, but I haven't seen any for two years. It was nice of that robin to pose for you. :)
